One of my co-workers (thomas) is really cute and is really nice to me but the problem is he's 7 years older than me. I'm 16 and he's 23... I really really like him to the point i wrote a song about him... It's not the i just like him... but i think i love him. What should i do and what can i do?
Plus about a month ago he told me he's moving back to *tacoma*. I'm not sure he likes me but i broke down when i found out he was moving... I went into depression mode... realizing i may not get a chance to tell him how i feel.

any advice?

He has been in there since March 05, we knew each other before he went in, but we weren't a couple. For the past year we have been writing and talking on the phone, we've fallen in love, (as much as you can in this situation) but I know how jail love works. Some tell me its just talk, but some say don't listen to what others say. He plans to live with my son and I, whose only one, and my boyfriend claims him as his son. What do you guys think about this situation, and if your gonna be a jerk with this response please don't even bother...its a serious question.

Here's the deal... My last long relationship ended horribly so I decided to choose to be single until I developed my career and acheived my goals. Now that I have done that, I feel that I have "lost my touch". I'm completely at a loss when it comes to the dating scene. I have a lot of great qualities that women compliment me on all the time, but I still feel like I'm begging when I ask for a number or date. I have a co-worker who I am very interested in. Up until about 2 weeks ago, I wasn't sure how he felt because he seemed to stumble over his words with me and refrained from eye contact if we discussed anything aside from work. Now, he is constantly finding reasons to be in my office, and, for about a week, has left the supplies from a project we did together in my office. My boyfriend and I have been going out for a few months and so far everything has been going great even though we live about 2hours away from each other. I knew that before he met me he used to go on match.com and had a profile. He was honest about that and I once found emails in his inbox that he still got from match.com. However, today I find that his profile is still up on match.com. Everything on his profile is true and accurate, however why is his profile still on when he is in a relationship. Plus, his profile byline is "This site is for rent"..what does that mean. Plus, it says he has logged on to his profile within the last 2 weeks.....HELP!

Ok first off we are both freshmen in college and I have never had a girl problem I could not answer myself but this one blows my mind. Anyway, I met this girl about 2 weeks ago, for a week i would chill on occasiion with her and her friends. Well, I then find out her along with her friends thin im hot and whatever the usual. Well, the one girl I liked came over about a week ago and we hooked up and she slept over, then she spent the whole day at my dorm, then 1 night later she sleeps over again and again we do everything. Yesterday, she calls me, shes upset saying that she doesnt think she can do this and wants out of the relationship. She said, and I quote, "you make me feel very special" (I am very complementative) along with all these other great things but she says she wants to get to know me more etc before we can be in a relationship again. There is a guy i really like at my school. Next year we are each going to different high schools. I might never see him again once the year ends. I talk to him on aim very friendly. This evening a found a secret mobile of my wifes that had loads of messages from another guy, she admitted the affair.

We've been married over 10 yrs with 2 girls aged 8 and 10years old, it has been a turbulant 10 years but i have changed into a much better person from being a little selfish yet she has gone the other way. I am 41, she is just 30 but the age diffrence never seemed to bother us, her lover is 27 so maybe it did her.

It all happened tonight although i have suspected things for months but she was always the one who 'would never cheat' and would always break up before doing that.
We are financially extremely well off with enough money so neither of us has to work p/t, mortgage free house, cars, 8 hols abroad this year!


I truely loved this woman with all my heart and told her constantly, we have what i thought was the perfect life with few worries.
She said she was going in Jan anyway.
I'm devastated and lost what to do.

I just graduated with my BA in journalism. Currently, there aren't any entry-level positions available in what I want to do in my area so I would have to move out of state to actually begin my career. However, I am also 1 1/2 years into the best relationship I've ever had yet he has no career mobility at all. I'm worried that if I stay here and take a job in something not directly on the path to my dream job that I'll be stuck with that lingering "what if...". But, I also fear I'll have that feeling if we go our separate ways. "What if" we would have stayed together? Most of the positions in my field require 18month - 3 year contracts so it would definitely be years apart and then there's no guarantee that something will open up back home.
In the end, does fate really have a way of working things out? I'm having a hard time putting faith in the fact that "everything will work out the way it's supposed to". Any input - personal experience, regrets, lessons, etc. is always appreciated
