If you sent the flowers today, but have a date soon.... she may be waiting to thank you in person. Keep your plans and see if she thanks you then. If she doesn't graciously thank you for such a lovely gift of flowers..... don't see her again after that.
Gifts should be appreciated.
Best Wishes,
Sue

Usually they will call u the same day to thank you. If she hasn't called u at all and it has been a couple of days then i would dismiss it. Wish someone would send me flowers. But nice men are hard to find. Looks like she missed out. Good Luck

Do you know for sure that she isn't involved with someone else already? And do you know if she has already personally received them? She could be calling her friends or her mother to brag about the gift.
Just be patient.
Just because you didn't hear back right away doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong. While she should acknowledge the gift ASAP, there might be some reason why she can't contact you in a hurry.

That was very nice of you to send her flowers. Normally the woman would call right away to thank you and let you know she recieved them and the card.
I have worked in the past in the credit card industry. and many many times the flowers weren't delivered when they had to be on some important day . so I would check with the florist first asked them if they sent them and when and who signed for them. It could be perhaps she never recieved them.

First call the florist shop to make sure they made the delivery and that SHE signed the receipt. If she signed it, then either she is very unpolite to not have called you or she is very shy. Either way, you should call her to break the ice or to find out if she is really interested in you. I for once think she may not be interested. Sorry...

She should get back to you as soon as she gets the flowers. Maybe she hasn't been home yet? Give her until Thursday- maybe she has a good excuse. If she doesn't call, she's not worth it.

She should have called right away. But then, is she home? Either way, as soon as you receive you call and say thank you. She seems kind of selfish to me.

I think I'd wait until the date. Maybe she has something special in mind to thank you in person. If she doesn't mention the flowers even when you take her out, I'd ask her if she got them.

Dont dismiss until you find out if she has been very busy or what the problem was. Then you can decide whether to dimiss her or not.
