It's child abuse.

Rotarious is a surname and does not sound very feminine, so I do not think it is a good choice.

I find that notorious people are notorious because they've actually done something, not because of their name. Also most celebrities seem to have pretty basic names that everyone can read and pronounce easily.

Well it sounds kinda like Rota, which is a childhood virus, so that might be a bad thing...

Here is the meaning of Notorious:

no·to·ri·ous (n-tôr-s, -tr-) KEY

ADJECTIVE:

Known widely and usually unfavorably; infamous: a notorious gangster; a district notorious for vice.

So first of all, that doesnt sound too good.

Why don't you do some checking and find a family name on HIS side, like his grandmothers.

If you don't your child to progress past the stage of adolescent parenthood with a future in welfare fraud...then it's a decent name. Otherwise you might want to reconsider....how many CEO's do you know with rediculously outrageous names like that ??

I'm sorry, but I just giggle hysterically at the idea. Makes me think of Rotarian and Roto-Rooter. Probably not what you want to hear, but that's my honest reaction.
