My friend, who's 12, has marks on his arms, and I live next door to him and I saw his mom push him against a wall and she kept slamming his head against the wall, he hits her to get her away, but his mom's boyfriend is like 210lbs and he holds him and his mom keeps pulling his hair, I know he's just trying to get away, and I hear him asking if he can walk to his grandma's house, and his mom just grabs his hair and hits his head against the wall, what should I do, is there a place in Utah that deals with Child abuse? Please help, I don't like seeing this, it happens like once a week. (sorry if its the wrong category)

I need help with lowering my child support. I live in Texas and just recieved paper work for a child support review. This can only mean that they are going to try to raise it again!!!! Does any one have any tips on how to help me out. I take excellent care of my child and do not believe the system is fair.

So... I allowed my Mom to give this guy my cellphone she works with to ask for a date. I didn't expect anything to happen; not even a call.

Tonight, I went with him, and his buddy to dinner. His buddy practically ran the whole conversation and I said very little as did he. (I'm a quiet person in general, apparently he is to)

Towards the end, we ended up talking as his buddy sat in the car. I told him I was sorry I was so quiet, and his buddy had weirded me out. I was told it was okay, and he didn't even know what his problem was tonight. When he left, he said "See ya later" and looked back at the door at me.

I really like the guy, and would love to get to know him more - without his buddy around. Is it wrong to send a text message to him saying I had fun, and would like to get to know him more, or do I just wait and see if he says anything to my Mom later on, or do I just drop the whole idea and see if he comes around at all ("see you later" is that any interest in me)

Any advice?

why do i get upst over these things, its tearing me and my boyfriend apart... like tonight we were gogn to a friends house.. so we went to his friends gfrandparents and i was kinda scared.. and so me my boyfriend and our friend chilled for a couple mins and then he went upstairs with the her to get a guitar he kinda just left me sitting there and i was really upset kinda cause i was in a place i didnt know .. and whatnot .. and i was kinda upset cause i really just wanted him to be like oh come on up hunny but he didnt he just kinda went up without me.. and i was scared and shy, so anyways.. when we go to the girls house thigns were okay and he was being good.. but then he stole this girls spt so the girl went over and sat with him she kinda squished on the chiar.. so they wre pretty close... i wanted him to kinda get up and come see me but he didnt he evenutally did but not after till like 10 mins .. i pretended it didnt but me but it did.. so i confronted him later on.. he just kept

I met her at work and learned of her divorce and b/f. She calls me at all hours because I am a good listner. Sometimes we will talk for hours. We also hang out and do things together she tells me that she thinks of me just as a friend but sometimes she acts as if we were dating. I was dating this guy who is going to move out of the state in 8 or 9 months so where I thought we were heading for a serious relationship by him talking about marriage, a baby, and being in love, etc. I told him that I did not want to pursue relationship anymore #1 because I was mad #2 I felt like I was being lead on because why did you not tell me you were moving out of the state, and #3 When he told me about the move he said can we remain friends. I was like hell no, and how dare you. The move is a career move meaning he is moving to get a job that he "can" get in our state but in another state "if" he gets the same job it will pay more money. Naturally he was upset with my reaction, and has not talked to me since. So I don't know if I over reacted or did I do the right thing by saying why would I spend the next 8 or 9 months getting close to you when you are going to leave me anyway.

She gets her natural black hair from her father's side, and I've been taking her to the salon to lighten it since she was 11 years old. Anyway, she is now 16 and for the past 2 months she refuses to dye her roots blonde. It looks really disgusting right now with her black roots showing. It looks like she cant afford a dye job or she has really bad fashion sense. How can I convince her to get her hair colored so she wont look so bad and embarass herself?

My husband has two small children with his ex-wife 5ys and 7ys. He's beed divorced for 4 yr. He was the one to leave. The problem is after all this time his ex-wife is still bitter towards me and no i did not have a affair with her husband. Every chance she gets she downs me to his family freinds and anyone else that will listen. But what really bothers me the most is the fact she calls my husband all the time for little stuff and is sweet as can be to him. Yes i understand they have 2 small children together and they have to have some contact but my question is what is normal for divorced couples.My husband says im overreacting and he only talks to her about the kids. This may be true but she calls over everything from the children geting a runny nose to their looking at each other the wrong way on almost a daily bases.I believe she does this to keep tabs on us and my husband says i'm crazy. Is it normal for divorced couples who went thur a very bitter divorce to have daily contact?
