alright so my ex-boyfriend that i dated for a year told me he still loved me today...im kind of interested in a different guy but still have feelings for my ex..i have no idea what i should do! someone help!

Do you 'kind of' have feelings for your ex or 'do you' have feelings for him? That's kind of a big deal as you need to make up your mind quick and choose who to pursue for now. Don't go after both or you'll deserve what will almost definitely happen, both of them leaving you. Pick the one you think is best for now and tomorrow and go with it.

I say go for the new guy unless ur still like in love for real with ur ex because guys like to tell girls things just to see what they can make them do.
