Talk to your parents and then talk to your school officials. Be open and honest about your concerns. It's not "immature" to ask for help even though your peers may suggest otherwise. I am 38 and I still seek assistance with any number of things that are troubling. Seeking help of others better equipped to handle a situation is actually the more mature and grown up thing to do. Trust me. Your parents and your teachers will be proud of you for not taking matters into your own hands for the very reason you stated in your question. If you do, you're in trouble. If you don't, you're not.

well sadly punishment for fighting depends on the school. Most schools would not expell you for fighting, you would get detention. If it was me, I would talk to my teachers/councelors/principle. Worst case you can get a restraining order against the girl in court if the threat is that serious.

tell someone at the school. Tell your parents what is going on. Let her fight you at school so you don't get kicked out. Then you fight her off school grounds. Or try to avoid her as much as possible.
