Why is it that I go off girls that really like me, really want the ones that don't like me, miss the ones that I've had relationships with and always find myself in situations where I don't know what to do, either I don't want to be with who I'm with or get messed around by the ones I think i want to be with. Is god having a cruel laugh at my expense or does everyone else feel like this?

My boyfriend got over a drug problem recently and has been sober for 6 months. He lives in a sober living home and its about 15 minutes away from my home. I always want to see him, but he says he needs to work on his recovery more, which i completely understand. He says he can only see me on the weekends, but during the week when I ask what he's doing, he usually is doing nothing (not going to meetings) just hanging out with the people at the sober living home. I feel like he makes up excuses not to see me. I've asked him if he wants to may be see other people and he gets upset and tells me no...for instance i saw him this whole weekend and asked him what he was doing tonight, he said, nothing much and didn't even ask to see me..what should I do?? Do I allow him to see me only at his convenience? I tried talking to him but it doesn't seem to work, I feel like he either could be cheating or is just getting sick of me, we've been together 5 1/2 years..help??

My lady and I have been together for 6 months now. We haven't really said we're totally exclusive to each other, but it has kind of been assumed by both of us. Is it cheating on her if I have given a few of her friends moustache rides to after a night out on the town?

I've been heavily involved with my son in Scouts since he was 6; I'm a trained leader, have served on committee, raised money, worked my tail off, volunteered for EVERYTHING. Now he's a BOY SCOUT & I went on one campout in August - I also have an 8 year old daughter, who has served as "mascot" from the time she was 2. The mother of one of the scouts approached me & say she doesnt' want me or my daughter to go on anymore camping trips; now that they are BOY SCOUTS it's not supposed to be girls involved. Her reasoning "if my son wants to step behind a tree to take a leak, he doesn't want to have to worry about where your daughter is". (her words) I don't think that's a sufficient excuse; I supervise & help, I contribute $ & food, time & energy. My daughter stays with me, not the Scouts. She doesn't interfere or get in their stuff. So am I wrong for being upset? This woman has never gone on a camping trip, she does nothing. Do I let one woman interfere or should I back down & stay home?

My wife and I have been separated effectively, living separate lives and exchanging child care duties and trying not to be in the same space since January. Now she wants to move out and physically separate. I say, well if you want to move out, let''s just get a divorce. She says that she thinks that maybe we can work it out after being separated for a while. I told her that we are separated and I have contacted a lawyer and started divorce proceedings, even making an appointment with a divorce property mediator. Am I wrong not to try the separation? We have a 4 year old. There are no big issues like addiction or adultery or abuse. In my mind we were simply having a rough period after 17 years.

My man is not acting right. He has been very distant and short with me for the past two months. When I ask him what is wrong he says he's tired. Things just haven't been the same. I think he is taking advantage of my feelings for him by stringing me along. I care for him a lot but I don't want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with me. Nor can I force him to open up when he doesn't want to. I've decided to phase myself out of his life, but I'm having a really hard time with it. I've thrown myself into my work and started hanging out with friends more, but when I come up for air I'm still more sad then anything. I know this is the right thing but it still hurts how else can I move on? 2nd Q is why do guys do that? Why do they sit in a relationship and let it fester into resentment instead of just letting the other person go if they don't want to be there. They will tell everyone else in the world of their discontent expect the one person who needs to know!

I've got these friends & one/both are acting weird. We'll call this one, Mike, yelled at me the other day. The other one we'll call Matt, is ignoring me completely. My b-day is coming up this wk & I planned a bash. Well, I canceled it b/c they are being jerks. Matt said, "Well, I'm going to Texas this coming weekend (my b-day)" After he promised me that he was going. Then Mike is the one that yelled at me for no reason just b/c I haven't paid a ticket before. That's why I canceled it. Now, either one of them will talk to me and all of this happened last week. I've send Matt some message through e-mail and text, but he won't reply or anything. . I also told Matt, after having a few drinks, that I won't talk to or see them this week. .Now, he won't talk to me or anything. .I've even sent a message telling him that I want to do something for my b-day this week, like grill or something. & that I'm sorry for saying that in the e-mail. He hasn't returned anything . .What do I do? Help!!!!!
