Think of the consequences that might get you in trouble later on if you blast out and said these cruel stuff, before you start shouting or screaming, take a deep breath and count till ten then see if you are still going to shout or not.
If you still feel mad, go outside of the room, wash your face, and remember anger is weakness it takes all the respect of yourself from others.

Wow.....I was just having this conversation with someone. The problem comes when one of the two people says 1 thing that is a bit insulting and then the other feels they need to defend themselves until both are slinging some pretty mean things, right? I think if you MUST be angry with someone, the best thing to do is walk away for a while, put things into perspective, then approach the person for a quiet sitdown to explain why you feel angry. The best approach is to make sure you rehearse your words.....you feel hurt and the first instinct (that is going to make you feel better) is to hurt them back, but you can actually make someone hurt by making them sad instead of mad by calmly explaining how hurt you are and how they hurt you. Instead of slinging crap back on you, you will likely get your apology.

of course when u r angry u tend to say cruel things.. But keep the cool and think twice before u say a letter.. bcoz when u say cruel or harsh things it will dishearten the people......

These things may be difficult to perform, but constant practice makes it easier. Whenever you get angry, think of the most happiest moment you had in your life. And stay calm throughout. If the person who is in front of you is your close relative(like mom or dad), then listen silently( coz who else than them has the right to scold you). If it is your friends, ask them politely to stop it. And count upto 50 whenever you get angry. this calms you down. And have controll over your feelings.

Dear Friend, it is nice to see that you don't want to hurt anyone even when you are angry. This shows your good self. Try to think of your god or count numbers as much you can, try to divert you mind. If all this not working, leave it to god.

don't get angry if u have to say cruel things.
and when u have to say then try u get out of the situation immediately without prolonging.
