So I like this girl that I work with at a bar. I only work one day a week so I'm hardly there. She is very shy, but I'm always telling her how gorgeous she is, and she always impresses me with what she does in her free time.

Teaching classes working 2 jobs and going to school. A woman that shows that type of motivation is RARE. There are other little details about her I see that I enjoy.

Here is where it got cool. I'm a big goof ball I'm security but I'm always dancing and being stupid trying to get everyones spirits up. For a few weeks I would do this around her, it seemed like she just didn't care or respond. I always had to intiate the conversaition. Now she comes up to me talking, and she did my little dance move I can see her really coming out of her shell.

So Friday she gave me her number and she kind of held my hand for an extra few seconds. But becasuse she was so shy to begin with, I don't know how to tell her, I want to date with hopes that it goes somewhere.

My boyfriend and I are 16 and 17. We have been going out for 5 weeks and they are the best 5 weeks ever. However, he lives in Wales and I in England. He isn't much into "stuff" & doesn't usually appericate the meaning behind something sentimental. He has most everything he wants already... Direct TV with the sports packages, XM for the car, beautiful cufflinks, ect...

He is BIG into food- I make this fantastic inside out German chocolate torte for his day... it is very time consuming so I only make it for his birthday.

The kids usually git him cute little things, like a ball or game to play with him... our oldest wants to make him a blanket from fleece that is printed with his favorite team.

I am at a loss! We have been together for 11 years- married for 8 & I am on a very limited budget. (his b-day gift has to come out of my "mad money" account)

I have tried the sweet approach like running a bubble bath & enjoying it with him, making coupons, offering massages... (those are the sentimental things I refered to earlier). Last year I sent him to a pro football game with a buddy- but that exceeds my budget this year :o(

My friend Robin is 45 yrs old. to get over a bad break up and depression she joined american singles dating service. there she met many guys that she has met in person once and 2 guys that she has met numerous times. Ok, if you dated and lived with a quy for 7 yrs and he cheated on you when you needed him most...then you forgive him cause he said he was so sorry and could not live without you, and wanted to get married...so you do!! Been married almost 2yrs since he cheated and he has been the perfect husband...but you just cant forget what he did and you keep thinking he will do it again. My spouse wanted me to sell my property that I had before the marriage to help him out with his business. I currently stay in his property that he owned before the marriage. I have been married for 5 years and have no kids.
I am now separated from my husband.
During our marriage, my husband never initiated or wanted to have sex with me. He was financially irresponsible, not pulling his weight as a partner in first two years of our marriage. We never had wedding (but we are married on paper) , no engagement ring. We had good times and many problems. I hate his family who are mean to me. My family hates him because they think he is not treating me as a wife. ( no sex etc.) Now we are going through marriage counsellor and counsellor is suggesting to give our marriage a chance. But it sort of makes me mad. He enjoyed sex before our marriage and as soon as we married it stopped. He said he doesn't know why. I don't know if counsellor can find out why. How does my counsellor think this can work out? right now there is no chemistry or loving feeling towards my husband due to feeling of rejection, lonliness, abandonment etc. Should I give another chance?

I am kinda dating my boss who i think has a girlfriend-he says there is nothing between them but I kinda think there is. We spend all of our time away from work together but he owns the bar/restaurant I work at. Last night he introduced me to one of his friends who works in the restaurant business and this is what he said to her "You know how a restaurant works right and she gave him a weird look and he said ok this is *****. I have a gf in okayama, and I need to see her. I found a good price on a plane ticket, but it is during christmas, and my canadian parents say that we should stay together on christmas. But I need to go home and see her. I would rather see her than my canadian family.

I am 17 and a senior in high school. Last week I finally talked to this girl I really like in the library after school. She is the really shy type so she doesn't start conversations at all. We don't even know each other's names but we hit it off pretty good. She started smiling and talking, etc. She doesn't go to the library often because she leaves school at lunch (the same time I do.) She takes the bus home after school so I see her walking through the hallway and she doesn't have much time to talk. My questions are as follows:

-Should I approach her through the hallway as she's leaving or wait for another chance in the library? (She goes like once every 3 weeks.)

-When I do approach her, what should I talk about to get things started?

-Where would be a good place to ask her out to? I don't want anything too strong but something to get the point across. (remember, she's 17 and really really shy. =)

-When would be a good time to ask her out?
