I was peeping in this hot girls window for several years and while at it i was getting my self off, but one time i slipped on my own *** and hurt my arm, My GOOD arm!!!! Can i sue the homeowner for not providing me with a clear veiw thus leading to my injury.....

yes, you can sue, but it would be a waset of money. My suggestion is to next time set up a video cam, with a lead directly to your home, then you can watch and spank from the comfort of your own home.
