I found a new way of folding toilet paper that should save on how much you use. I call it square, triangle, kite.

First, get the toilet paper into a square by folding. Then fold across diagonally to get the triangle, then take one of the longer points of the triangle and bend it to the center to get a kite.

Now its ready to use! Remember to use the front side of the "kite" that is smooth and doesnt have the final fold-in. The final fold-in acts as a support frame for sheets above it during wiping. All the pressure should concentrate there, where it is thickest. The top of the kite is widest to protect against brownees. The bottom of the "kite" has the least area to save on paper yet provides a thumb platform to hold in place.

Reduce your toilet paper by trial and error!

I am very concerned about global warming, and when I grow up (I'm fourteen), I plan on helping to solve the world's problems by looking into environmental research (college course options would be nice to include in your answers) and I'm wondering currently how much it costs to install solar cells and how long it will take to pay off.

All the stuff being dumped in landfills could be processed into raw material that can be used to make new products rather than mining for the raw materials required. Why is nothing being done that would eliminate the need for landfills? The cost of processing the stuff being dumped is less than the cost of mining new raw material when the total cost is considered so it makes no sense to use landfills at all.

I am getting tired of turning on the TV or reading the chicken littles of the world spouting off about Global Warming. Is the globe actually warming?Yes thats a fact, is it due to the burning of fossile fuels?Unknown. I believe since the ending of the ice age the globe has been warming and the effects have been seen since. Could this be a cycle or natural occuring phenomena? I guess it is a moot point as it is a fact the globe is warming. What do we do about it? I have read that there are people asking that 75 billion per year is spent to solve this problem. I submit that this is a bad use of $75 billion as the experts would admit this money will do NOTHING to stop, slow down, or maginally improve the situation. But 75 billion per could eliminate all world hunger, provide medical care to most who need it and you could educate the world. We can make a real difference now in the world in lieu of wasting money on an issue that cannot be fixed in this manner. What are you thoughs?
