I found a new way of folding toilet paper that should save on how much you use. I call it square, triangle, kite.
First, get the toilet paper into a square by folding. Then fold across diagonally to get the triangle, then take one of the longer points of the triangle and bend it to the center to get a kite.
Now its ready to use! Remember to use the front side of the "kite" that is smooth and doesnt have the final fold-in. The final fold-in acts as a support frame for sheets above it during wiping. All the pressure should concentrate there, where it is thickest. The top of the kite is widest to protect against brownees. The bottom of the "kite" has the least area to save on paper yet provides a thumb platform to hold in place.
Reduce your toilet paper by trial and error!

Hmmm. Interesting and worth a try.
My friends have observed that families with daughters use far more toilet paper than families with sons. As a family with 3 sons and no daughters, I have to take their word for it, but our toilet paper does last pretty long. The bar of soap in the shower, however, ....
And I might have my environmental science students test your idea. Should be an interesting survey!

Holy cr*p! I do what now with the what now??? Fold area A clockwise?? Insert into slot B edgewise??? i think of you will desire to get Kleenx to make the bathroom paper again off the rolls already in "little kites" cos it incredibly is the only way it is gonna happen worldwide extensive!

At least it isn't what one person told me he was taught to do. You start with a square of tissue and pinch a hole out in the center large enough to put your finger through. Then you wipe with your finger and then use the square of paper to clean your finger. Then you use the piece you pulled off to clean under your fingernail.

also, if I was a T-Rex, my brother wouldnt give me an attitude. I would just go up to him and not say a word. Then he could maybe give me back my shirts and stop stealing my stuff.
