Ohh, good question, I'd say the tropics or the artic. Tropics are hardest hit by deforestation and direct impact on the land where the artic is hardest hit by global warming.

Using the strictest definition of "biome", it would have to be tropical rain forests. It should be obvious that the clear-cutting of the forests in Brazil have had a profoundly negative impact on native flora and fauna.
