I mean, I've met alot of people that say are bad. && That they take all of the nutrients of the food (the MICRO-WAVE the nutrients in the food, duh.) but alot of people still use a microwave even if they know how bad they are..

So anyways, I have a few questions, please answer!

1) Do you use a microwave?
2) Do you know how bad microwaves are?
3) Do you cook more than 75% of your food in a microwave?
