That the beef industry is not an asset to our health. Cattle create significant greenhouse gases with their methane due to their unique digestive process. Cattle are large mammals that are domestic and we have way too many, creating gas and wasting energy... If people just limited their beef intake, really. Think about hamburgers, beef is like a staple for Americans but totally unnecessary - there is fake meat if your into that, pork, chicken, etc, hell just eat less of it! It would be beneficial to our health too, people need to lose the weight.

Don't get me wrong i love steak but think about it!

has anyone , any company or any country thought about the reprocotions of the day when we do ( if we do) find a cure? is our planet ready to support an exponential addition of people? so then the true question is: are we ready to find a cure?

As scientists pretty much can prove now without a shadow of a doubt who we evolved from. Why dont we just go ahead into the next great human revolution ? That we as humans actually become HUMANITERIANS. Meaning that we totally do away with money and work togather to make people smarter in order for our world to last long enough for our childrens to enjoy life as we know it today. How you ask? Everyone keeps there jobs they have now new identity cards be printed up for ALL people with new social security numbers starts verifing who people are, people then would be able to learn how humans should act with each other instead of fighting each other lets all work togather to save our plantet It makes alot of scense i dont think god would want us to only be worried people with nothing but debt and taxxes on our mind all the time, wouldnt it be real nice. even for you rich people to get up in the morning and know you were a part of a great thing. kills alot of evil and curruption too.:}

If it were true, don't you think the government would have done something about it long ago? Its summertime! Its always hot! They say motor vehicles are the major cause. If so, they would outlaw the worst ones and make more electric ones. The auto manufacturers have had the perfect car for years but they won't build them as they would lose money.

All anyone ever talks about are car emissions. The first thing to go green is usually public transit like buses and sometimes electric rail. Well, what about airplane emissions and ship emissions?

My microwave went crazy,getting way too hot and heating everything up around it,and I don't know if it's more environmentally friendly to replace it and not use the stove or oven,or if I should just do it the old-fashioned way.Seems like the microwave is better,but I'm not sure.Neither is anyone else I ask.

First, I decided that I would start recycling, then I decided against it, and now I'm on the fence. I've heard both good and bad things about recycling, and I have no idea who to believe. I've heard that it's more beneficial to the environment to not recycle paper, and that we have plenty of room for landfills. I can't make a decision. Can someone please enlighten me?

Knowing more and more about what litter does to our planet (besides making it look like a garbage dump), why do some people still litter when it doesn't take much to find the nearest garbage bin?

Before the dog days are on us, we should all reflect on what and just when the cat days actually are.
