When will every community recycle?

When there's a law against traditional garbage disposal and when there's a law that you have to recycle.

I have a few different ideas on this one. Firstly, I think communities will begin recycling with a zeal when their homes begin to border the local landfill (a.k.a. dump). Secondly, when communities have laws in place, we may see change when they a get a $500.00 and up ticket in the mail. And the fine should be based on zip code. I mean, we are looking at a so-called modern world where people still throw trash bags of garbage by the roadside! I'd like for a tropper to see them do it and find out their excuse as to why. I guess people like looking at junk, garbage, clunked up cars and every other thing. Too bad we don't have a rocket big enough to take it and dump it on Pluto.

We use to Lady Bird Johnson set up America the Beautiful then got into recycling. But, we decided to be third world as that is our growing population and not we stopped. Check out the current issue of National Geographic magazine. Good section on the Los Angeles garbage, that is the future.

they will do it when money is involeved, meaning when we get fined for not recycling, thats the only way we will do it, when they start messing with our money everyone will recycle!!! sucks but it is true!!!

Never: many people are just too lazy, some too arrogant, others too rich & fail to see the need to in their personal world. But I do believe the easier you make it for people, the more they comply...but we will NEVER be at 100%.
