Exploration - yes. We have to find ways to produce our natural resources to alleviate our dependence on foreign oil. Fortunately, we are developing new, safe technology to extract these resources. Unfortunately, many people fear technology, and would prefer we stay dependent on Saudi Arabia.

Mining - no. Mining is no only environmentally unfriendly, but incredibly dangerous. And what's mined gets burned, and we know what happens with that...

Public lands must be banished from the regular public. everywhere meant public lands are, they are disturbed by using our rubbish, our mining, our tree reducing. Public lands have been created for use by using human beings to have interplay with the organic surroundings and actually, we pollute and smash this very surroundings. till human beings can substitute their manners, i think of the regular public must be saved out of public lands.
