These logic games are so annoying. I can't see how it relates to law school, even though I already heard all the "reasons." Some of the analytical reasoning questions are pathetic too. Your take on this?

Someone has asked me to tutor her two high school kids in algebra-II and pre-calc. Any ideas as to how much to charge per hour for tutoring both? I am a college senior with a strong math background.

my opinion is that 5th maybe 4th graders can easily understand the concept of the derivative. they won't fully understand calculus by all means, but maybe the power rule for the derivative would be helpful in middle school classes. I guess as soon as exponents are taught, teach the power rule along with it. In the same term at least. why wait?
