You might not feel like it is fair but, unless you have proof that he is a prevert he is intitled to keep his job.
However just because you dont have the evidence now dose not mean that you cant get it. Talk to an adult that you trust and see what they think you should do.
If at any time this teacher or for that fact anyone makes you feel uncomfortable in any way you should stay away from them as much as possible. Do NOT feel afraid to say that "you are making me feel unconfortable". With everthing that is going on I am sure that this would stop some inapproaprote behavior.
I would also like to tell you that I am PROUD of people like you that stand up for yourself and others!!! This world needs more people to stand up and say something when someone is doing wrong. Your doing the right thing by bring this to the school's attention. If this is not successful let the district that your school is in, what you are feeling as a student that attends one of their school's.
Good luck!!

do I think perverted men should be allowed to teach? yes.
" " " men who sexually harass students " " " "? absolutely not.
define perverted men for me first. I think that definition is debatable. I'm not even sure what it means. my guess is; a man who thinks about sex much too often. isn't that perverted? or does perverted mean a man who sexually harasses women? I don't think so. If a male teacher is teaching algebra and is thinking about having sex with his 18 year old students, but not acting on it, is that a crime? I'm not so sure. If a male teacher is sexually harassing his students then it's a problem. a big problem. If he is doing that, get proof, record him w/e...get him fired. But if he's just a horny guy let him be horny. you get horny don't you? is that a crime? Don't provoke him either. You might be instigating it by things that you wear etc. (that's just a guess) is the definition of perverted someone who is horny a lot? I don't know...
...so define perverted and ask again...I'll look for your question and I'll answer again.

Only if 'perverted' women teachers are allowed in class along with any 'perverted' student.
I think you have given yourself away by saying that you dislike this man without any reason. No wonder your school governors (or whoever) did not take you seriously.
But then I suppose it depends on what you mean by perverted. Mass murders, people who are cruel to animals (because as sure as eggs is eggs they will be cruel to people as well) no definitely not.
Criminals should be given a chance to redeem themselves they can not do this without help and by being given the chance.
A lot of judgmental people out there.

My guess is that this person is not a pervert and you should watch what you are accusing a person of. Kids can be very mean and cruel and start the weirdest rumors. I would suggest unless something actually occurs leave the teacher alone. He is probably sincere.

I'm not sure what you are saying by he is perverted. If he is engaging in inappropriate behavior, you need to continue to address your concerns to the administrators, your parents, and perhaps another teacher you trust. However, be aware that making false accusations can land you in a lot of trouble. It can also destroy this man's career and life.

What do you mean exactly by perverted? This can mean different things to a student versus an adult, so you will have to be more specific. If he is doing something illegal - or that makes you feel uncomfortable, you need to talk to your parents about it.

no. it kind of depends on what he does. if what he does is threatening to other kids then yes... he should be fired. how perverted is he? You will also need proof.
The petition may not be enough. bring in a hidden camera / microphone. :D

if u can bring verifiable proof that he's being perverted, he wont be teaching long. if u are saying he's perverted but there's no hard based proof, ur credibility will be completely wrecked in any more dealings with him.

At this point, you WITH your parents need to make an issue of this Jerk still being in front of a classroom -- and do bring any records or witness statements with you.
