Your question seemed a bit garbled, but if I understand you, you are saying that women school administrators tend not to go to computer networking training classes and apparently choose other classes instead. It seems to me that their interests lie in other areas--perhaps curriculum development. Maybe they do not feel comfortable with the technical side of computers. Do their jobs involve the nitty gritty aspects of networking? If not, why go to these classes?

Becuase they are so often left out of mens networks and women do not network with each other as often as men.
