I would wonder what kind of coping mechanisms this teacher has and how she/he treats her students during school time if she/he feels that immature pranks are acceptable.

Teachers are role models, teaching is more than just giving their kids the "facts" they need to survive. A teacher who would get back at someone is personalizing their student's behavior, and that is an unprofessional attitude to take. It also "teaches" the wrong lesson to the students.

Like it or not, teachers are considered role models and held to a higher standard than most adults, never mind children. TP'ing a house isn't a big deal, but it's likely considered as immature in your community. Therefore, you will be considered immature for doing it--and no one wants their children taught by an immature adult.

Also, this would impact the student's parents more than them, since it's their house.

My advice is to stay away from it as there's a decent chance that you'll get in trouble, which would please your brat to no end.

If a teacher was to do that to a student then personally i would hope that they got the sack. Students learn from teachers and are meant to learn how to grow up correctly and how to behave as well as just learning information. What kind of example would that set? What is this world coming to?
