Okay im in the first year of highschool, and guess what i signed up everything as accedemic because i was afraid i would not graduate if i signed up for all applies. Im not very smart and most of the marks i got last year were lik 60-70s. This semester in highschool i had 4 subjects. French i suck and i couldnt have choosen applied because if i did i wouldnt be able to join accedemic english. Now im stuck. my report cards are comming back in a week or so. And im pretty sure my grades are really low this time! we get these reviews ever now and then and the best subject is probably art. I dont know if i do bad my parents will yell at me crazy!!! and if i lie and dont tell them about the report card and parent teacher interview, they might not know about it, but what if they do, im dead. So what do i do? My parents really need me to do good, they invested alot of money so that i would make it to university, im dead if i dont, i have to, if i dont ill kill myself, but for now what do i do?

It seems to me anybody who has been taught the lessons of game theory, Which I just happened to find from a combination of curiosity and a love of reading. I later found out this is taught at all expensive schools. This would give these students a huge lead in marketing, and other business areas as I can see. Like are teachers told to keep th pheasants ignorant?

My 12 year old daughter is being taunted and ridiculed by another girl and her friends on the bus. She finally punched the girl a few weeks ago and it stopped temporarily. However, now she's got her mother thinking that my child has been bullying hers. The kid has the wool pulled over the mother's eyes big time and I don't expect her to lay off my child. What can we do to combat the problem? The school is essentially of no help and seems to have made matters worse for my girl. What causes this child to want to make fun of my daughter and hit her, touch her backpack, punch the bus seat she's in, call her names, etc.? This kid is actually smaller than mine. I don't get it. She's going to file assault charges if she hits her again. What can we do to permanently stop this bunch of bull****?

I was trying to fall asleep last night and thought how different my life would have been if I hadn't been kept back in H.S. I had trouble encoding information in H.S. and was placed in classes that were suited for my difficulty. Late Junior year as we picked our classes for the upcoming year I was pushed to take a half day school and half day work program. I had mentioned to my guidance counselor that I wished not to take this program but I was not comvincing enough. I started senior year and couldn't hold a job to save my life and there were filmed reports in front of the entire class which I was petrified. I was in the wrong place at the wrong time and it was too late to change. I ended 15 credits shy of passing as I watched all my fellow students graduate. I have always had a bad feeling in my gut about this and was wondering if I could sue the school system.

We don't need it. Do you agree? We spend hours at school and then come home when we are tired and have to do more work. We spend long enough at school without extra work spoiling our time as well

I'm 17 years old and I am tired of taking tests. I'm tired of the people around me trying to look good for the analists of the ministry.
I want school to be a place to learn things you're interested in. It's as if school forgot that. It's all about grades, the tests. SAT scores, CGE's or whatever.
Isn't there more to life? Can't people learn on their own? Can't people be happy without a high SAT score? Why have grades become the keys to universities? Why do we rely so much on incompetent tests? Why makes them think that knowledge can be calculated in the first place?
Wouldn't be the "showing" of your knowledge better than your "writing" of your knowledge?
Isn't the more to life?
I try to write my three books, write quotes, think of the meaning of life and its components. I get to know life better.
They say "Weirdo".
And sex. I'm not in a hurry for it. I have other things on my mind, like trying to become a better human before I get into a serious relationship.
Isn't
