Jabberwock. I understand your point, but is it not also safe to say that Catholic schools are run by religious propaganda?

You mean my two cents?
I would agree that an elective course in, say, comparative religions should cover at least the five major religions and perhaps the next 2-3 as well. However, any course or "class" or "club" that promotes a single viewpoint belongs in a church context - not in a public school.

The public schools teach government sponsored propaganda. Religion is Christianity. American history is from the point of view of middle class white men during the Revolution. Do you think black people or Native Americans or women would see it the same way? I think not.

Maggie: when christain faith was studied upon by
colleges they has found it quite amazing here were
we has churches that are ownned with the state of California
also our public schools did banned in class prayers because
they didnt allow those no more . Now Sundays is when mass
held only! you think about this
