Events get cancelled because she drops the ball or it conflicts with her daughters' birthday party. (What a brilliant way to make sure kids are "available" for her daughters party!) The only communication is via a last minute email-generally less than a 4 day notice, vague and confusing. She's been the leader for 4 years now, and I'm afraid she might be the only choice for us at the school. Her daughter is always the top cookie seller--by a small margin, and of course nobody knows until after the orders are turned in. I think she makes sure her daughter has the highest total, and I bet the extras she buys (to get her daughter the winning prize), are the same boxes that the whole troop sells in the community when sales are over! She doesn't invite parents to any activities, unless we just show up. She's even had one of her friends', not a troop parent, help at the activities. A few of us parents are upset-what can we do?
