Horrible Idea.
The main focus of books is to be read.
Laptops cannot replace books no matter what. Sure, it may include some articles and such but it is not even close to how pure books are on its purpose.
Laptops include other possible uses, good or bad. These include games(ban when the objective is to learn!) to porn(bad overall, its immoral).

I think it's a ridiculous idea. If they ban books and use lap tops then more students will most likely be playing online and not doing their homework. It's only a good idea because there would never be a shortage on books for the students, but what about the older books that aren't yet online or in other places you can put them on a lap top??? It's a terrible idea to ban books children are lazy enough these days without being attached at the hip to a lap top.

Ban books? What? That should be an obvious question. NO! It's crazy to even think like that! Books encourage reading, a skill that is needed to live in society. Most of the computer skills children learn come from outside school. Books are very necessary
