How do i try concentrating on my studies?

I cant remember the notes that i revised for more than a week.

Try working in a space where there are zero distractions. Turn off the tv, and cell. When you study you are more likely to remember the material you are reading if you study in sections, opposed to cramming for an exam all at once. Spaced learning is more effective that massed learning. So maybe one day study a section, get it down, then next day another section etc. Then review the whole thing the day before your test. I also quiz myself through out the day no matter what im doing. Good luck.
