I hope you didn't wait until now to start studying! If so, it's probably too late to learn it all. Hopefully you've done all your work and have good notes from your classes. The best thing to do, I found, was to make an outline of each class on my PC. Then print it and bind it. Outlines included case summaries, definitions, etc., anything important. Each class, per semester resulted in an outline maybe 50-100 typed pages. Use a study guide like Gilbert's or whatever to help if you want. You will learn as much preparing the outline as you will going back over it studying.

Depends - do you mean the LSATs, or final exams in law school?

Assuming you mean the latter, my best advice is to take careful notes in class and from the assigned readings, and create an outline using your class and reading notes. At the end of every week, review the week's notes and add them to your outline. A few weeks before your exam, amend and study your outline. Then go to the law library, review copies of prior exams for that course given by that professor (most law libraries have them), and take one or two for practice, under timed conditions.

Between intensive outline review and practice test-taking, you should be well-prepared for exams.

Good luck!
