Im a junior and Ive been having troubles in school. Ive been looking into homeschooling and I think it would suit me much better. But if you homeschool, then you wont recieve an accredited high school diploma. Will this hurt me when Im trying to get into college? I dont want to dropout, I want to work hard, but not at the current school Im at. I hate it.

My daughter is in 6th (sixth) grade, and her teacher has just started having them read Murder on the Orient Express. She is in an excelerated classroom but isn't this a little much for an 11 year old...am I crazy in thinking so or is her teacher the crazy one?
