You can teach yourself by looking up any website, maybe a kindergarten website to start with, and just type what you see on the page in Microsoft Words, practice by looking only at what you are typing first. Also, you can download Typer Shark for free at

The best training that I ever had was a disc by Mavis Beacon. It helped me to type on my computer and motivated me to pick up speed and accuracy.
It should only cost about $10, try Best Buy or Target.

its a typing program that you download on to the computer. and sorry to be a spelling snob but type is spelled "type"
