I don't want to do anything illegal, just rip commercial dvd s onto my hard drive so I can watch them on my portable player. I already have conversion programs.

I used to have limewire, but i uninstalled it because i could never even get a connection, now i have mp3 rocket and i have excellent connection (5 bars), but the searches suck and i barely have any kb/s. Any ideas? Also, i just heard about this frostwire thing, which is exactly like the others, but if anyone who's tried it knows if it's good or not, please let me know. I think i might be getting carpal tunnel from these questions...

I downloaded my torrent from www.torrentspy.com and opened it in bitcomet but the download doesn't appear on the list. if i mouse over the bitcomet icon on the start menu it says like 24 KB/s and then like 26 KB/s and so on...but it doesn't say the percent that's completed!

I downloaded Windows Vista way back in November. It worked well for a while, but I recently decided I wanted good ol' XP back.

My HP computer did not come with discs with which I could reinstall Windows. So I went to demonoid.com and downloaded XP Media Center Edition 2005 OEM discs. I bought my computer from CompUSA, and so it wasn't used or anything. That matters because the key on the side of my computer should be genuine then. It worked for installation of Windows, but now I can't activate it because it says it's an invalid key. What should I do? I've got thirty days . . . someone help, please.

I have a wireless mouse and a music essentials pack from verizon wireless. both of these programs say that they work with XP but say nothing about vista. I don't want to downgrade just for these two programs and then have to upgrade again. does anyone know any "tricks" to get it to work?

I have a word doc, the first two pages of which are supposed to have no page numbers, the next five are supposed to have roman numbers starting with ii, and the next few hundred are supposed to have normal arabic numbers, starting with 1. How do I set this up within one word doc? Could someone quickly explain this to me?

I really want limewire..but my mom wont let me get it cause she says its illegal. There is a limewire that you can pay a small fee a month.. does it still make it illegal?

& is there any other sofware i can download that allows me to download music for a SMALL fee every month or so? That isnt illegal!!

I understand that there is no in-game settings for AF, and that one would have to manually enable it using their video card configuration software. My question is, when enabling an option such as AF (say, AF16x), how would the GPU software know when to enable the abilities as fit (i.e. only doing AF in-game)? Or, is it enabled all the time, and I would even have AF while running Vista? Thanks for your help!

When I open Zune, I get this message:

"The file wmvcore.dll has a version number of 9.0.0.3250 where 11.5721.5145 was expected.
Zune is not installed properly and must be reinstalled.
Do you want to install the Zune from the Zune website?"

--When I click yes, it supposedly downloads something from the website and "fixes" the problem, but when I try to open the Zune program again, I get the same error message! Please Help!
