when I try to turn off my computer, it goes through the process, till it get to windows is shutting down and then it just stays like that. I've left it like that for up to 4 hours and nothing how can I fix it?

I know that cleaning or clearing up the disk drive erases unwanted data. I am not very knowledgable when it comes to computers. Would pics be under temp files? I downloaded them for my camera.

ok so for all users of mgi photosuite 4. when im on compose and i click new project there is taht big list with:
"collages,
photo layouts
cards & tags
calendars
collections
fun stuff
business
frames & edges."
and no matter what i click all of those option files in those "photo layouts, gift tags etc." all the files are like deleted. there is just a big icon with a broken box and a question mark. so that means that they are... deleted?!?!?! so can anyone tell me what to do cuz i need all of them for a BIG project. is there like a big plugin or so??? PLEASE HELP!!! thxx

Hi all i was trying to do export packing list with excel , sheet2 got name and dimension with other detail i just want to copy the name on sheet2 then paste on the cell on sheet1 after that
the dimension with other detail will come out. hw pls help

juz now can't use these syntax in command prompt because the word come out 'secedit' is not recognized as an internal or external command,

i downloaded a Windows theme successfully and unpacked it, but i can't figure out how to 'install' it. The file is in C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\. i've checked 'Themes' in 'Tools', but it isn't there yet. What do i need to do now?

I recently downloaded Open Office Suite with every program. I was very please and impressed by their programs. Their like the mirror image of Microsoft Office. I didn't like the fact that it didn't have a program like Outlook, though I have Mozilla Thunderbird. But my question is, is there a way to have everything I create (word, presentation etc) automatically save as a Word or Powerpoint file? I want this because I do work for school and my school doesn't have open office so every time I use my flash drive to open a document created by open office it doesn't work. So can I just change is so its Word and Powerpoint even though its Impress and Writer! THANKS!

Can iSO file deleted ? b cause my HardDrive's Memory is getting lower..5Gb into 2.5gb?..after i mounted using "Alcohol 120%" into drive...can i delete that iSO files? Thanks a lot !!

Whenever I go into a store, I take a look at the computer (don't ask why) and I notice It's running Windows 95, 98, or ME. Also why does airport security actually trust Windows 95, 98, or ME on their computers, I mean if airport security wants to be as safe as possible they would and should use Macs or adleast a better version of windows please explain.

I'm having problems with my computer where it will not even start up, and I'm trying to diagnose the problem. I have a few programs that will help me, and I need to be able to run them outside of Windows. I'm running Windows XP, so how do I get the computer to run this CD without starting Windows?

If that does not work, can someone point me in the direction of an XP boot disk?

When you click a user to logon it says windows hasnt been activated, it signs in shows only the desktop without icons and says windows is now activated and restarts the computer i have found no way out of this loop.
PS. Safe mode doesnt seem to want to work as well.
