How do i install and run a downloaded theme for my Windows XP?

i downloaded a Windows theme successfully and unpacked it, but i can't figure out how to 'install' it. The file is in C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\. i've checked 'Themes' in 'Tools', but it isn't there yet. What do i need to do now?

Hi. Right click on your desktop and select "Properties". The "Theme" window will be displayed, so just select the one you want to try.
