I created a Word document on my laptop that has Vista and I emailed it to myself. I went to my school which doesn't have Vista (I'm not sure what they have, it's not Vista, but I think it's Word 2007 maybe, not sure??) and it said it can't open it.

Do I have to save it as a different file or something.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

My mom is having a problem getting images from emails. I'm 1,500 miles away so I haven't seen it but she says that whenever she tries to open an image in her emails ( she just uses Yahoo) nothing comes up except a box that pops up titled Microsoft Office Outlook.

In the box is a circle with an X and it says "Error in registry extension "exchange extensions?" The syntax or format of the registry entry is incorrect. Check the registry setting for the registry for this extension to other extensions in the registry."

She doesn't even use outlook but it is apparently keeping her from viewing anything. Anybody know what needs to be switched or what the problem is? Thanks for the help.

I am a member of a messabe board type web page where many other member have made some very cool banners and avatars or upload/scan pictures of their favorite tv shows and such.

I don't know how to make banners, but that isn't my question.
What I want is get those banners and pics I like and print them out in some way.

I like the idea of printing as photographs, posters or movie fliers...mostly as photographs or something decorative.

My question is should I just right click the image and save as?
They could go into my pics folder and I could simply print them out....right?

Or can I also get them onto a paint program (what would I do then?)

Or lastly, get them to Adobe photoshop and make a collage? Or whatever?

Then print them out? I want to frame them, put themin a scrapbook or put up on my wall.

I would like some suggestions, tips, ideas...anything.

When I load my computer, I get this box with a message that says Windows Explorer has stopped working. It tries to find a solution, then it tries to restart. The desktop clears like if it's trying to restart the computer. I can still use my internet, it's just inconvenient with box popping up. I ran a system scan and I don't have any viruses. I tried system restore and that didn't help. What's wrong and what do I do?
