There sure is, i cannot remember the name offhand, but go to download.com and search for file recovery programs. There are a variety of them out there. They work pretty good

Yes, when you erase the files from recycle bin, still you can retrieve them. But you need a special software.
Even when you erase some thing , still it remains in hard disk. These special softwares retrieves them.There is a limitation for this. If the data is written/erased many times, some times you may not able to get the data.

yes! When you delete things you can go to the recycle bin go to the file inside and u can recover deleted files

It depends, if you deleted it a while ago and have made loads of new files since then there is very little chance. if you havnt done anything since then, then you should immediately turn off your computer and take it to a professional data recovery expert who will probably charge a fair amount, but MIGHT get your stuff back. its very difficult. there are undelete utilities but they are far from guarunteed

yes you will need software ask best buy or a place similar to help you find the right one it is on your drive as long as you havent filled your drive with other stuff you have a chance-I'd hurry.
