What are some good websites to download English subtitles for foreign movies? How to install it to the movie?

I've downloaded a French movie without subtitles.

I need English ones to watch it.

I don't think that's possible...

A subtitle track on a movie is just like an audio track on the movie. If it doesn't have it on the dvd, there's no way to add it. I suppose if you had the ability to add a subtitle track to a movie by hand on your own, and you created the track and translated it yourself, you could do it, but that's about it.
