Ok the Best free Photo Editing Software?? The good stuff not the crappy ones?

I know this question has been asked a million times but reading old ones is not enough for me, please someone who knows what there talking about ....tell me, i would appreciate it a lotttttt

I use Gimp, it's free and works very well. You can also download addons for it to increase its funcionality.

The Gimp is good

PhotoFiltre is good, not great.
