I can't change or move microsoft outlook desktop?

I love the idea of having the calendar on my desktop. However, I can 't find the options to change the size, location and opacity. HELP

Here is the micosoft outlook help page. the answer will depend on the verison of outlook you currently have.

The menu to the left has the listings for the outlook versions for the last 4 versions or a choose your own version area
