can any1 tell me a cheap video card compatable with windows aero??

Why would you go with a cheap one? The better the card, the better the Vista performance rating is and the faster the graphics are rendered. Most video cards are pretty cheap anyway... but I would suggest looking at a PC Club store (you can find them on-line) to find a great deal on one that will suit windows aero.
