I'm not a big fan of Inspirons (I like Latitudes a lot better), but that system looks OK to me.
The only thing I'd add is make SURE you get all of the driver and reinstallation CDs. Other than that, looks like you're good to go.

if u want to play games like the sims 2, u will want a dedicated graphics card, not like the 1 intergrated graphics that comes with it.
