When I open Zune, I get this message:

"The file wmvcore.dll has a version number of 9.0.0.3250 where 11.5721.5145 was expected.
Zune is not installed properly and must be reinstalled.
Do you want to install the Zune from the Zune website?"

--When I click yes, it supposedly downloads something from the website and "fixes" the problem, but when I try to open the Zune program again, I get the same error message! Please Help!

The wmvcore.dll is a shared dynamic link library on the operating system. It sounds like the Zune application doesn't include it as part of its own installer and relies on the underlying system to already have this file. I'd recommend updating your operating system to the latest patches from Microsoft, in particular the MS Windows Media Player patches. These may not be part of the critical patch sets so you might need to manually select to install the updated version of Media Player.
