Where do you get the songs you put into audacity?? i put in a cd but dont know how to get it onto the program. where else can you import the songs from??

I got errors involving somthing like "...error code 0x80002452 or 0x800300005 when installing blah blah ware."
And how do you format the hard drive.

when every I play my Sims 2 nightlife or Sims 2 Open 4 business, after about 5 minutes or so, the screen will go completly blank. I can still hear the music playing, byt no matter what I press, the screen stays black, it sucks. (and the back of my moniter feels hot!) So, for the past 10 months, I haven't played the Sioms at all. I'm feed-up wiht hoping. I'm going to re-try going to Ea.com and asking for techincal support. It asks me wha the problem is- which of the following should I pick:
-connectivity & lag
-controller issue
-crash issue
-directX issue
-error message issue
-freeze issue
-game performance issue
-video issue

I'm trying to learn HTML. The instructions say "Don't use MS Word," which I have. "Use Windows Notepad that came with your computer." If it came with my computer, I sure can't find it. Any suggestions?

I'm trying to get Yahoo Messenger on this laptop that's running Linux. I really don't know anything about Linux and I'm planning to change back to windows, but I need to get yahoo messenger on here first for reasons that are really offtopic.

Anyway! when I go to the Yahoo Messenger site it says Redhat 6, 7, 8, or 9? I don't know what this is, or what it means, but when I download any of them the .rpm files don't run, how do I run these files?

My first computer was a Commodore 64, then my second computer was a PC with Windows 95. What a giant leap that was for the world. Then came 98, huge improvement on 95, then I bought Windows ME, my computer was running better and better. People were not too happy with Microsoft, but that was to be expected, they were number 1 in the world and of course nobody likes people on top. I then bought Windows XP and while I had a few problems at first, in no time my computer became a very efficient machine. I could only laugh at these stupid Apple computer commercials. Then came Windows Vista, I got it the first day that it came out and ran home to install it over my Windows XP. I don't know what I was expecting, but for sure it would be miles ahead from XP. Well my computer crashed the first day, lost most of my stuff my computer became so slow that I started to miss my Commodore 64. Now 3 months later, these stupid Apple comercials don't look that stupid anymore. Vista is the worst OS.

I have a decimal, 17.62 and I want to turn it into Hours and Minutes. I want it to end up as 17 hours and 0.62 of a minute, which is about 17:37.

Basically, I need a formula to work out hours and minutes from a decimal.
(First answer that works, gets the points. So go!)

Im guessing I picked a virus up somewhere on the net, because now I dont have a genuine version of windows, well its been genuine for the first four years, now it isnt? I called the number provided by a Microsoft affiliate site, what I thought to be a new registration code, but now it still dosent work. At start up I still get the "not genuine windows". How can I fix this, I tried my xp disk I got with the computer, and I tried a brand new xp disk from a new dell, it dosent let me do anything. Im thinking a new hard drive would be my best bet, but this is beyond my computer savie, any thoughts? Thanks.

When I start my computer, the Network Icon has a little red X on it for awhile, after its done booting completely, the X goes away leaving a blank Network Icon. The only way I can get the internet to work is to right click on the Network Icon and click Diagnose and Repair. After clicking that it pops up and says This Computer has No or Limited Activity. Then gives me 3 options..
1) Automatically get new IP Settings for the Network Adapter "Local Area Connection"
2) There might be a problem with your modem or router, reset them both and try again.
3) Reset the Network Adapter "Local Area Connection".

Its not 2 or 3. The only thing that works it clicking getting new IP settings. It takes about 10 seconds and then the internet is working. It has nothing to do hardware wise, something is just setup wrong and I cant figure it out. There was a time for some reason it WOULD connect all by itself whenever it wanted to. I do know a lot about computers and I dont think this is a stupid mistake.

somebody installed new games with my N73 ME and he used my memory card. after he installed all the games i want and some software such as autolock, aquacacalendar, full screen caller, anti virus etc. then he asked me to go to tools>file manager>memory card>open the games file and just press okey to install it and after the installation done delete the installed game in the file manager. my problem now is when i take pitures it should be installed the save pictures in my gallery if you want to view it but mine now is not same as before. the pictures is now located in my file manager (images) and not in the gallery. how can i make them available in my gallery? when i take picture there is no image shown in my gallery only in my file manager.
