Look for the Microsoft sticker underneath your laptop or at the back of your desktop.

License keys are usually on the sticker that your computer manufacturer attaches to your computer. If it's not there, Microsoft makes it very hard for the average user to get it from their computer by hiding it deep inside the blackholes of Windows :)

The key should have been given to you by the supplier, in theory it should be on a small green label attached to the machine casing. Look all around it, it can be on the back, even the bottom. If not contact your supplier, they have contravened the rules of the licence.
