I have two browsers on my PC- IE and Mozilla. The messengers are based on IE. I dont know how that is set up, but cant you change the messengers to be based on mozilla, rather than IE? For instance, you login to mail from yahoo messenger, it opens in IE, but never in mozilla. All the messenger cookies are stored in IE, not mozilla.
I was thinking it is good if you can change it to mozilla, so you can better delete the cookies, history n so on.......

I've uninstalled IE7 from my computer (using smth called spuninst.exe) but it doesnt 'roll back' to IE6 like some of the answers said in previous questions. Downloaded ie6setup but it detected a newer version and thus, IE6 wont install! I've tried deleting any IE7-related folders or files but nothing changed. Is there anything I missed out??

Hi,
I am looking for a software which could chage the CD formats to DVD formats. Presently I am using nero to write a disk. also I have Intervideo DVD creator and Copier software installed in the system. But not able to convert the same.
I would like to know if I can download the software from any site.

I want to download MacOSX 10.5 Leopard build 9a321 beta, which is a beta preview edition of Leopard. I tried to find it on the internet, but I was out of luck. So, does anyone know where I can download it.
By the way, I DO Not want those P2P files such as BitTorrent. If you don't know the beta preview, then help me to find something else which works on PowerPC G4.

i got my macbook in early march (2007), and since ive been using it, from when i first turned it on, a software update popped up.(its not a pop up) and i dont know if itll take up my memory (like its supposed to be there) or if its just a software update. cause, id like the things for it, front row, itunes update, security, and stuff that helps my camera be better(somehow). should i update it?

all i have on my screen is a little keyboard in the left hand corner and that is it. i do not have the disk as i lost it when i moved. I have looked in microsoft.com for repairs and i have not found any. How do i get my tool bars back?????? and a functional microsoft word? I clicked on the paper clip also and he is useless, i got to one point where it said i could put item on the bar, but they were not fuctional either, i believe it was "custom" you tools. I am lost and i am pretty computer stupid, so any help would be useful except for sayin shoot yourself and end it now.

I actually use Windows now and I am thinking of upgrading to Vista... Then someone told me why not get a Mac? I am not sure though. Is it hard to transfer? Are Macs worth the extra money? Is Vista?

starting up and they are all in the bottom right hand corner of my screen. After it starts I have to right click on each of the icons on the bottom right hand corner of the screen and close them. My question is how do I stop these programs starting everytime I start up my PC. I am using Windows XP. Any help would be most greatfull as I am fed up waiting ages each time I restart my computer up. I dont want to delete the programs just stop them from starting up everytime I switch on my PC.

If I format my drive, will I be able to use my xp reinstallation cd I got with my computer for the drive. I called Microsoft and they told me that since the hard drive I originally got with the computer is not on the comp anymore that the xp software is no longer genuine that I have on the new drive! Is there any way around giving the already multi billion dollar company another 100 bucks for the software I already paid for? lol!
