Hi,
I am looking for a software which could chage the CD formats to DVD formats. Presently I am using nero to write a disk. also I have Intervideo DVD creator and Copier software installed in the system. But not able to convert the same.
I would like to know if I can download the software from any site.
Thanks

There's a LOT of different CD formats. There's CD-ROM, there's CD Audio, there's VideoCD (with several variants), Mode 2, mixed mode, and various others.

What EXACTLY are you trying to convert? Please be more specific.

Nero 6 CD/DVD burning suite can do that. You would have to copy your cd format video to your hard disk then use Nero 6 to write a dvd format of the same file. Your writer should have capability to burn DVD disks.

If this doesn't work, rip your cd formatted video first to avi, save it to the hard disk, then write the avi file(s) in DVD format. This might have considerable loss of quality though.

Try to use AVS Video Converter from AVS Video Tools http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/avs-video-tools.htm

It is very simple with this tool

- download, install and run the program
- open a file or file you want to burn (. dat)
- click “To DVD” button
- click “Convert Now”

After conversion is finished, it will ask you to insert a blank DVD.

I think that AVS Video Converter is the best. It supports virtually all video formats and has built-in DVD, VCD burning engine.
