it should be in recycled bin just right click on it and restore.
but if it is deleted from there you will need a good tool like
tuneup utilities 2006 which can recover data deleted from the bin

Try using a program named "Get Data Back". I think they have a trial version that you can test your disk with first to see if you can recover the file, prior to purchasing any software. There are other programs, personally I think this is a very good one.

check the recycle bin? should be on your desktop.
if its not in there, then there are some data recovery programs, i'm sure someone else will be along to reccomend one.
