Anyone heard of a computer program called Bart PE?

Bart PE is like a "Pre-Windows". I use the "Ultimate Boot CD for Windows", which uses Bart PE to let you boot a minishell which will help you run various diagnostics that may save your PC from disaster when it won't boot anymore.
