Parallels for Mac and USB 2?

I have not been successful using a 1g flash drive in the virtual machine -running XP. Is it possible to use this or any other external usb devices?

Parallels is Beta and they're still trying to get bugs like this fixed.

OS X recognizes virtually all USB devices, just like windows, so in OS X, plug in your USB device and you should see it appear on the desktop as a mounted drive.
