That would definitely be a video issue. It sounds like something about the game is causing your monitor to refresh too often; it's one of the VERY few things that a program can do that can cause PHYSICAL harm to a system. I'm presuming that this is the only program that causes this problem since it sounds from your question as though you're using your computer for other things, just not this sort of game. You should contact their tech support, and do NOT run the games until they tell you what to do about the problem. While unlikely, it could overheat the monitor to the point that it is destroyed, so get help before you use the games.

A refurbished computing device has many times been decrease back by using a shopper or isn't in positive condition to sell to a shopper. A team of folk (or a single guy or woman) will restoration the computing device so it works and then sell it as refurbished. you additionally can discover some desktops marked down as refurbished that have no longer something incorrect with them different than slightly splendor injury. working example I controlled to get my £six hundred-seven hundred laptop for £550 through fact it has a tiny tiny tiny crack contained in the lid... which isn't even noticable. there is not any injury for going refurbished, in case you detect a refurbished one that's extra useful than a non refurbished one for the comparable value then pass refurbished :)
