I have a very controlling and distrustful spouse who is very computer savy and I know nothing. Is it possible for him to spy on what I am doing on the internet if there is no spyware on my machine? I have spyware detector and my computer is password protected. What I mean is, since we're both on the same wireless network, can he see what is on my computer screen when he's here or record it some way when he's not? I'm not doing anything wrong, I just don't like the fact that he does this to me.

I'm pretty sure i have a virus, but my Norton Antivirus IS NOT picking up any viruses when i do a full system scan. In my quick launch area with my icons is a flashing yellow ! and it keeps saying "Security Alert" and that i have all these different types of viruses. I am thinking this itself is the virus because it tells me to download this or that anti-virus software...plus now im getting SOO many pop-ups for anti-virus downloads. I completely deleted internet exlporer, but these pop-ups are from IE. What can i do to stop this...its SO annoying!!!

i've been using NIS for some time now and in general I'm quite satisfied with its performance. The only thing it slows down my internet speed and also it seems to be blocking certain sites from opening. Has anybody experienced this, and will changing to another product like McAfee or Zonealarm remediate tis problem? Thanks for your help!

Yup, I'm infected. It's an annoying virus that automatically changes my screensaver to a link that will probably give me more viruses. It also canges my homepage to another virusy link, as well as causing pop-ups that pop up every five minutes or so that link to even more virusy links. I've even found suspicius files and tried deleting them, but they always keep re-appearing somehow. I ran AVG... didn't solve the problem. If you can help me solve this problem, I'd be extremely grateful.

This site is an adult "meet" site for sharing porn...photos, stories, hooking up for chatting, IMing, PMing and dating! There are kids on there as young as 12! One 14 year old girl had an 11 page profile! The site Moderators have to know...the ages are listed right at the top of the profiles and they even SPOTLIGHT these kids as top members and members of the "Hottest Top 50 Members Club"! I found out about it when I got a message from a 17 year old boy who was interested in meeting! I KNOW of at least 1 sex offender on the site...who knows how many more there may be! The one I know quit the site as soon as I showed him the ages of some of the kids...but others won't be so consciencious! Where and to whom do I report this... I made sure I got documentation!

Hi,

I have this virus alert icon on my detescop:

And this malware alert:
http://img180.imageshack.us/img180/4007/malwareshitbz8.jpg

And one more - Windows alert:
http://img256.imageshack.us/img256/6376/shitfo8.png

I had a virus/spyware that showed on my screen: Your computer is in danger but my Anti-spyware programs deleted it. (i hope).

Please, help me with this alerts. It's opening bad sites all the time! :( I used: Ad-Aware, SuperAntiSpyware, Kaspersky Antivirus, Spybot SD, XoftspySE. It deleted many files, some trojans, but it can't remove this alerts.

Thanx for answers!
