ok there are 4 IP addresses connected to my internet. One is my computer the second is my PSP and the third is my Nintendo Wii. But now there is a fourth device attached to my wifi. I put a WEP key but he/she is still using my connection. How do i block them?

It's probably your router. Try to telnet to it and see what you get.

Since you are using a router and seem to understand the maintenance menu find the status option. Under this you will find something like the "DHCP clients table". Open that and
you should be able to delete the access. If it isn't the router itself, and you are able to determine that it is not one of your
other devices then you can block it under a menu item that will be something like "Access restrictions". Under this choice you should be able to enter specific URLs or IP addresses (same thing) to be blocked. Another approach would be to only allow the router to assign as many addresses as you have computers or devices using it. Of course, this won't work if any of those are shut down thus freeing up an IP address.

The fourth IP could also be the router itself. My router shows the router's ip in the user list.

But, if you're sure it's not your router's ip, then put a WPA key on, with at least one number in the key value. WEP is very easy to break.

Maybe its yourself. Is the other connection connected when you are or does it randomly come on at certain times of the day?
